Return & Refund Policy
When you order a product online, there may be instances when you need to return the product and get a refund for different reasons. To ensure a hassle-free experience, Purity Lifecare provides detailed information about the return and refund process.
- You can return any product purchased from Purity Lifecare before it is installed, within 30 days from the date of invoicing.
- The product must be returned with a note indicating the reason for the return. Email this note to customer@puritylifecare.com.

- Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund process will be initiated.
- The refund will be made to the same payment method originally used for the order. Please note that refunds cannot be issued by cheque or cash.
- The refund amount will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned package. Bank charges of 2.5%, service tax of 10% on the bank charges, and an ecess of 0.3% on the service tax will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled before the product has shipped.
- If the cancellation is made after the product has shipped or delivered, a refund will be initiated. To request a cancellation, emailcustomer@puritylifecare.com with transaction details and the reason for cancellation.
